Hello

My name is Katy Sanders

Organisational Development & Engagement Leader | Culture Shaper | Executive Coach

With over 25 years of experience in leadership development, organisational development and people engagement, I work with executives and senior leadership teams to develop people and organisations across the UK and Europe. I’ve worked in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, including blue chip companies such as O2 and Vodafone, as well as local government, manufacturing and social enterprises. I’m lucky to have gained valuable insight into different ways of working and the diverse challenges that businesses can face.

 

Helping businesses along their transformation journey, my main areas of focus are leadership development, team coaching, culture and engagement.
